We've lived this problem from both sides
Leafr was founded by Nick and Gus after they experienced this frustration from opposite ends. Nick spent years inside a top consultancy before going independent. He saw how the traditional model worked from the inside and why it so often failed to deliver for clients. Gus had been on the other side, hiring consultants to solve sustainability problems and struggling to find the quality of expertise he actually needed. Between them, they had experienced both sides of the same broken market.
They saw how other industries like legal, finance, and technology had all moved towards flexible expert networks, and were reaping the benefits. Companies were getting better outcomes, faster, and at a fraction of the cost.
Sustainability was facing the same pressures, but had no equivalent infrastructure. It felt like the space was screaming out for it. So they built Leafr.
Fast forward to today and Leafr now serves 100s of clients across 3 continents, with 1000s of vetted consultants in the network.
